Logo Lens API

Search and browse the archive, find visually similar marks, and read or write your library. Everything here is generated from the OpenAPI 3.1 document, which is also the input for generated clients.

Base URL

https://www.logolens.co/api/v1

Every response carries X-API-Version: 1. The unversioned /api/… paths answer identically and remain for existing clients; new integrations should use /v1.

Authentication

Catalogue reads are public. Send Authorization: Bearer ll_… with a key from your account to read as yourself or to use your library. Keys carry scopes (logos:read, library:read, library:write) and their own rate limit.

Errors

Every error is { "error": "…", "code": "…" }. Show error; branch on code (for example logo_not_found, invalid_api_key, rate_limited, validation_failed).

Limits and caching

Responses carry the standard RateLimit-* headers; a limit hit is a 429. Shared reads such as /search/categories and /stats are CDN-cached and answer If-None-Match with 304.
